Due to the customized nature of our products (including personalized business cards with your contact details), we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective or there is an error on our part.
2. Defective or Damaged Products
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. You will need to provide:
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the damage or defect
Upon verification, we will offer you one of the following options:
- A replacement of the damaged product
- A refund for the product
3. Non-Defective Products
Since all our business cards are personalized with your details, we do not accept returns on products that are not defective or incorrect. Please ensure your order is correct before confirming.
4. Refund Process
Refunds for defective products will be processed using the same method of payment you used at the time of purchase. Refunds will be issued within 10 business days after receiving the returned product.
5. Return Shipping Costs
If a return is necessary due to an error on our part or a defective product, Konect™ will cover the return shipping costs. If the return is due to a change of mind or non-defective reasons, the customer will be responsible for return shipping.
