1. OBJECT

These terms and conditions aim to define the rights and obligations of Mike Yankee’s LLC and the customer (referred to as “the Client”) who purchases products from the Company through its website www.mykonect.com. Any order placed by the Client implies their full acceptance of these terms and conditions.

PRODUCTS AND COMPLIANCE

  • The products offered are described on the website.
  • The products comply with applicable international standards.
  • The company is not liable for any errors or omissions in the product descriptions, nor for modifications made by suppliers or publishers.
 

2. Product Description

Konect offers a lifetime digital profile along with extended support to assist the profile holder in optimizing their networking experience. The purchase also includes:

  • A physical Konect card that can be shipped internationally for free.

  • The option for custom card designs, even for large quantities.

  • A one-time payment of $350 for lifetime access.

  • The physical card facilitates easy connections by scanning the printed QR code or by being tapped against a phone with NFC technology (compatible phone models are listed in the FAQ section).

3. CLIENT OBLIGATIONS

  • The Client must be at least 18 years old and legally capable, or have parental consent, to make purchases.
  • The Client must provide accurate personal information.
  • The Client is responsible for any consequences of incorrect or illegal information.

4. ORDER

  • Orders are validated after a telephone or electronic consultation.
  • Konect reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders in case of previous disputes.
  • If products are unavailable, Konect will inform the Client and allow the option to cancel the order and request a refund.

5. PRICES

  • Prices are in United States Dollars (USD)  and include applicable taxes, including shipping and packaging fees

6. DELIVERY

  • Products are delivered INTERNATIONNALLY.
  • Delivery times are indicative and depend on the accuracy of the Client’s delivery information.
  • If delivery is delayed by more than 14 days, the Client may cancel the order and request a refund.

7. PAYMENT

  • Full Payments can be made by credit/debit card.

9. WARRANTY AND REFUND POLICY

  • Refunds are provided for items returned within 30 days of account creation.
  • Defective products must be returned with the seller’s prior written consent, and any return shipping costs are the Client’s responsibility unless the fault lies with the seller.
  • A refund or replacement will be provided if the product is defective or damaged.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  • The Client cannot modify or exploit the website or its content without explicit permission from Konect.
  • All intellectual property rights related to the site and its products remain with Konect.

11. GUARANTEES AND LIABILITY

  • Konect commits to using Client data only within the scope of the site’s operations, with due confidentiality.
  • Non-personal data may be collected for improving website functionality.

12. FORCE MAJEURE

  • Konect is not liable for delays or failure to perform due to force majeure events like strikes, civil unrest, natural disasters, etc.
  • If a force majeure event lasts over three months, the contract may be terminated without compensation.
